So you’ve made the smart choice by joining CloudCard, and the way you network is about to change. Let’s take a look at Step 1 of setting up your digital business card.
Firstly, you would have received an invitation mail from CloudCard instructing you to login to your dashboard, let’s go ahead and do that!
Once you are in the dashboard, first thing we want to do to get our network growing is by setting a professional profile picture on your Digital Business Card. You can do so by following the simple steps below:
Step 1:
In the Navigation Pane on the left hand side you will see your username, go ahead and click on it to expand the options as shown below:
After Clicking on your name, you will notice you are presented with further options.
Step 2:
Go Ahead and click on “Edit Profile” just below your name as shown below:
You will now be presented with your profile details. In the bottom you will see an option that allows you to upload your profile picture. You can now click on the “Choose File” Button:
Your file explorer will now open and you can upload a profile picture that has been stored on your device.
Step 3:
Now that you have that lovely picture of yourself showing your pearly whites, go ahead and click “update user”. This will save the image you just uploaded and it will start displaying on the front-end of your digital business card.
Quick tip: We recommend using an image that is square, or an aspect ratio of 1:1 for the best outcome on your card! To crop your photo, you can use a free online tool such as canva.com
